Our new builda take you from initial plans through to a finished, liveable home. We project manage the entire process, coordinating engineers, architects, and our trusted trades partners so that every part of your build is completed to a high standard and on schedule. If you have your own engineer or architect already, we're equally happy to work alongside them and bring your design to life.

On the renovation side, we can take a property in almost any condition and transform it into something you're genuinely proud of. Our work ranges from bathroom and kitchen upgrades, decks, and bedroom refreshes through to full structural overhauls. Where a property needs its bones sorted before anything else can happen, we'll tell you straight and handle that first.

We work across a range of sites in the Lyttelton and Canterbury area, including steep and difficult-access hill sites that many builders won't take on. If you've been told your section is too tricky, it's worth getting in touch.
